Feed whole to larger birds (or) use individual ingredients as a training tool. Many smaller bird types such as Lovebirds and Parrotlets love to pick away at the larger chips in this food. However you may find this food more desirable to these and smaller exotic bird types if chopped into smaller pieces. Because of the hygroscopic nature (readily absorbs air moisture)of the ingredients in this food, always keep this product in its original container removing as much air from the package as possible before sealing and refrigerating.
