Bird enthusiast have praised Orange Oil for keeping away and getting rid of annoying seed moths.
Suggested uses of Orange Oil:
Put Orange Oil on cotton balls and put cotton balls in a small container with holes in lid. Put container in seed bin.

Add 2 drops of Orange Oil to 50# of seed and mix well.
