1 - How do I contact Just Bird Stuff?

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CST.

You can contact us is via email by completing the Contact Us form. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

Does Just Bird Stuff take phone orders? No - we are strictly internet based and do not take orders via phone.

You can FAX orders to Just Bird Stuff if you prefer not to place an order online. Our fax number is (847) 594-4118. Please be sure to include your full Name, billing and Shipping address (if different), the items you would like to order and your credit card information including: Name as it appears on card, Card Type (Visa, MC, Discover, American Express), Card number, Expiration Date and Security Code (last 3 digits on strip on back of the card). Also include your email address for order confirmation.

2 - What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CST.

3 - I live in the Chicago area - do you have a store I can visit or can I pick up an order?

No, we do not have a physical store that you can visit, we are strictly an online store. But we do attend bird fairs in the Chicago area so that local customers can pick up orders and supplies. We are at the Rolling Meadows Bird Fair each month. Here are the details:

Second Saturday of EACH month:
Rolling Meadows Community Center
3705 Pheasant

10 am - 3 pm

4 - Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, we do accept international orders. Canadian orders can be placed online on our website. All others, please contact us for ordering assistance.

PLEASE NOTE: Just Bird Stuff is not responsible for international shipments rejected by customs or for returned shipments (by either customer or carrier - USPS/UPS). Refunds will not be given for rejected/returned shipments until the order is received back by Just Bird Stuff and the items inspected for damage. Refund will be made for undamaged items. We do not refund shipping charges.

5 - How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 2-5 days.

6 - Do you have birds available for sale?

While we do keep birds, we do not breed them for resale.

7 - Which is better - Birdcare Company or Morning Bird Products?

I believe the Birdcare Company products are a superior product. The Birdcare Company has been researching and developing avian supplements for over 12 years. The Morning Bird Company is a relatively new company that developed their products by analyzing existing products that were on the market. You will see that they have a number of products with similar names to those made by Birdcare Company.

1 - Can I return a product/order?

Yes, we do accept returns. You need to contact Just Bird Stuff within 7 days of receiving the item(s) you would like to return and return the item(s) to Just Bird Stuff within 30 days from when the original order was placed. We will replace or issue a refund for all defective/damaged items.

If the item is not damage or defective, you can return the item if it is unopened and/or in new condition for a full refund minus shipping charges. The customer is also responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s) to Just Bird Stuff.

PLEASE NOTE: If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery and returned to Just Bird Stuff - there will be a 25% restocking fee for the order!
