OK- I have to tell you that I am overwhelmed at the customer service that you provide. I placed an order late last Sunday night. The order was on my doorstep on Tuesday. The packing was perfect- the order was complete- the packing slip was easy to read/understand. It may seem to some that this is what should happen, but I can tell you that it doesn't happen often. You have my business- and I will tell others. I have seen your postings on the finch forumn (you have actually given me good advice in the past)- but this is the first time I have made a purchase.
